We are a full-service, accredited mastectomy fitting provider with board-certified fitters. We accept Medicare, Humana, United Healthcare and other insurance carriers. We are knowledgeable about the insurance process and will file your claims for you.
Please call ahead to make an appointment. Appointments are given priority over walk-in customers, and will reduce the amount of time that you may have to wait for service. Ladies purchasing mastectomy care products with insurance benefits especially need to call ahead of time, so that we may determine your coverage and benefits and get your paperwork in order. We cannot provide service to ladies who walk in without a valid prescription unless it is a cash purchase without filing a claim.
